At Rejuvalife Advanced Skin Care, we want your order experience to feel clear, reliable, and elevated from checkout through delivery.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control, processing and transit times may be longer than usual. If we become aware that your order cannot ship within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an update and available options.
Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled by trusted third-party fulfillment partners on behalf of Rejuvalife Advanced Skin Care. These partners support order packing, shipping, and related fulfillment services, but Rejuvalife remains your point of contact for customer service.
Shipping carrier and tracking
Orders are currently shipped by UPS unless otherwise stated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS if you selected SMS updates.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Shipping areas
At launch, we currently plan to ship within the United States. If you are outside the United States, please contact info@rejuvalife.md before placing an order so we can confirm whether shipping is available.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is submitted. Promotional free-shipping offers, if available, will be applied according to the terms shown at checkout.
Incorrect shipping information
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Rejuvalife is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact info@rejuvalife.md as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and carrier handling are outside Rejuvalife’s direct control. If tracking shows that your package is delayed, missing, or delivered but not received, please contact info@rejuvalife.md and include your order number. We will help you review the tracking information and next steps with the carrier.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@rejuvalife.md within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged product. Please keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.
Returns & Refund Policy

Because skincare products are personal-care items, our return policy is designed to protect product integrity, customer safety, and a premium shopping experience.
Return window
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email info@rejuvalife.md with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and approved through our return process before it is shipped back.
Opened skincare products are not returnable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. This policy helps protect the safety and integrity of personal-care products.

How to start a return

Include your order number, name, email address used at checkout, item requested for return, and reason for return.

Use protective packaging when sending approved returns so items arrive in resalable condition.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to a Rejuvalife error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@rejuvalife.md within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we may replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
Individual skin responses vary. Please review ingredients before use and patch test when introducing a new product. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional. Contact info@rejuvalife.md with your order number if you have a concern about a product experience.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, contact us promptly at info@rejuvalife.md. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we may be able to help update it.
Subscription Policy
Rejuvalife subscriptions are designed to help you maintain a consistent skincare routine with convenient replenishment and preferred savings.
How subscriptions work
When you purchase a subscription product, you authorize Rejuvalife Advanced Skin Care or its subscription technology provider to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency you choose until you cancel.
Available delivery cadences may include 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the product or routine. Subscription savings may vary by product. Current launch planning includes 10% savings on eligible single products and 15% savings on eligible complete Dr. Berger regimens.
Subscription billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically before each subscription order is prepared for shipment. Applicable taxes and shipping, if any, will be shown according to the subscription settings and checkout terms.
Managing your subscription
You may be able to manage your subscription through the customer portal provided after checkout. Depending on the subscription app selected for launch, you may be able to skip an order, change cadence, update shipping information, update payment information, or cancel future orders.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled before the next order is processed. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel or contact us before the renewal order begins processing. If a subscription order has already processed or shipped, it will be handled under the standard Returns & Refund Policy.

Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, the subscription provider may retry the payment or request updated billing information. Orders will not ship until payment is successfully processed.
Product availability
If a subscription item is unavailable, discontinued, reformulated, or delayed, we may contact you with options such as waiting for restock, substituting where appropriate, skipping a shipment, or canceling the affected order.
Changes to subscription terms
We may update subscription pricing, discounts, cadence options, or eligible products. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law and subscription-platform settings before they affect future charges.

Sunscreen products
For sunscreen products, follow the Drug Facts label, directions, warnings, expiration date, and reapplication instructions on the product packaging. Sunscreen should be used as part of a comprehensive sun-protection routine.
When to stop use
Stop using a product if you experience persistent irritation, rash, swelling, discomfort, or an unexpected reaction. Seek medical attention if symptoms are severe or concerning.
